Job purpose

Cobalt is proud to provide the opportunity for a radiography student to undertake a research internship. The successful candidate will work as part of an experienced clinical research team, providing administrative support on a large research project.   

Job specifications

  • Term time role with the option to extend into holiday periods if desired
  • 7.5 hours per week at Band 3 ad hoc as per project requirement
  • Initial 3-month period with the option to extend
  • Start date: TBC linking with data collection in a large project

Key responsibilities at Cobalt

  • Work under the direction of the clinical research team
  • Pull clinical history from participant files
  • Collate and anonymise data
  • Anonymise participant images

Required skills and experience

  • Current enrolment in BSc. Diagnostic Imaging or similar in second year of study
  • Strong interest in research
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Comfortable working with MS Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
